Data cutting production line: Equipped with 3 automatic data cutting lines, supporting the precision processing of 13m long, 4-25mm thick shaped glass, to meet the needs of complex buildings.
Automatic edging production line: 4 automatic edging equipment to achieve zero error in edge processing, improve product beauty and durability.
Tempering production line: 3 tempering furnaces and bending tempering equipment, can produce bending arc tempered glass with a radius of more than 175mm, widely used in curtain wall, doors and Windows and other fields.
Laminated and edging line: The combination of dry laminating process and intelligent edging technology ensures high safety and consistency of laminated glass (such as SGP fire-resistant glass).
2. Capacity and efficiency
Annual output: 1.4 million square meters, covering tempered glass, insulating glass, Low-E energy-saving glass, laminated glass and other products.
