F2826 is ultra slim cap rail, it's used on the top of glass railing as edge protection cover.
Its external size is 28*26mm, slot size is 24*24mm,.
Available glass thickness is 6+6, 8+8, 10+10 laminated glass and 12mm, 15mm, 19mm tempered glass.
Steel grade of F2826 can be SS304, SS316 and Duplex 2205.
Finish can be stain brushed and mirror, also can get champagne, black, gold and rose gold color by PVD processing.
This ultra slim cap rail is common used in balcony railing, glass fence, terrace railing and stairway.

In order to fit architectural shape of balcony and courtyard, such as U shape, L shape and I shape, we develop necessary trim connector accessories to implement connection of all trims as entirety, it enhances rigidity of balcony. These connector accessories are 90° elbow connector, 180° connector, wall mounted flange and end cap.
F2826 U shape trim is fabricated as ASTM A554 standard, stainless-steel grade are AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316 and AISI316L. In DIN standard, corresponding grade are 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4401 and 1.4407. Surface polish are brush satin and mirror. What's more, we provide PVD color coating, available colors are various and diversified, popular and recommend color are champagne gold, rose gold, black titanium. Antique brass.
For project application of inland city, we recommend to use AISI304. Very good performance of anti-corrosion and various surface polish. For project application of coastal city and beach side, AISI316 is indispensable choice, because extremely performance of anti-corrosion will make service life of handrail more durable.
Besides application of straight glass railing, F2826 U shape trim also can be used on curved glass railing. With advantage of our accurate bending technology, bending radius can fit curved glass very smoothly.
