A30 is made of Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 with powder coating and Anodizing
External size is 110*100mm, Standard colors are Matt Black, Matt Grey, Anodizing Matt Silver.
Available glass thickness are 12mm tempered, 6+6 and 8+8 laminated glass.
Glass railing height can be up to 1200mm, cap rail is recommended.
LED lighting strip can be installed on both the bottom and the top of glass.
A30 is fixed both on the bottom and on the side by hexagonal socket head cap expansion bolt.
1 meter is equipped with 6pcs M10*100 expansion bolt.
Installation base can be concrete floor, timber floor, steel frame.

Special designed LED channel and holder profile can fit all specs of LED strip light in the market, you can enjoy brightness and joy sense of colorful LED light in the night.
Apart from using continuous linear system, A30 also can be used as 20CM and 30CM block, in spite of applying 20CM block on the floor, linear LED holder profile goes through the blocks and guarantee the glass to remain straight through. With this clever design, the mis-operation during installation won't happen, meanwhile, this uncut LED holder profile can hold LED strip light under glass tightly, LED light can shine against glass, which will guarantee enough luminance on the glass.A30 On-floor All Glass Railing System is very easy on installation. Workers just need stand on inside of balcony to finish all installation. Which avoid huge cost of aerial work and scaffold work. Meanwhile, it brings protection and safety to your high standard buildings, A30 passes American stand ASTM E2358-17 and China Standard JG/T17-2012, horizontal impact load reaches up to 2040N per sqm without assistance of handrail tube. Compatible glass can be 12mm safety glass, 6+6 and 8+8 laminated tempered glass.
Cover plate can be aluminum profile and Stainless-steel sheet, standard color of aluminum profile cover is mysterious silver, color sample is available with free of charge. customized color is also available, coating type can be powder coating, PVDF, anodizing and electrophoretic coating. Standard color of stainless-steel cover is mirror and brushed, when application is indoor and in mild climate, PVD technic is available, advantage of PVD is various color can be customized, you can make it align with your house decoration style.
Important note: PVD color is only suitable for indoor application.
In order to help All Glass railing system to acclimatize staircase installation, our engineer team design a symmetric adaptor SA10. thanks to our innovation design, SA10 is adjustable for common stair step heights. It means A30 system can be installed on almost all staircase with help of SA10 adaptor. After installation, decoration cover plate is needed to seal installation position, decoration cover plate can be stainless steel sheet and marble slab with same pattern of stair step.
