Y424 Glass Railing Round Cap Rail
Y424 round slot handrail tube is widely used cap rail.
Its diameter is φ42.4mm, slot size is 24*24mm.
Wall thickness can be 1.5mm and 2mm, other wall thickness can be cuztomized.
Available glass thickness are 6+6, 8+8, 10+10 laminated tempered glass and 12mm,15mm 19mm tempered glass.
We provide Aluminum alloy tube and stainless steel tube.
Aluminum alloy grade is 6063-T5.
Finish is powder coating, standard colors are matt black, matt grey and anodizing matt silver, other colors can be customized as RAL color code.
Steel grade is SS304, SS316 and Duplex 2205.
Finish can be stain brushed and mirror, also can get black titanium, champagne gold, rose gold and antique brass color by PVD coating.
Wall flange connector, 90° elbow connector, 180° elbow connector and end cap are available.
This cap rail is common used in balcony railing, terrace railing, and stairway.

Y424 slot handrial tube is good choice for frameless glass railing systems when local architectural standards request handrail tube as compulsive component. we also provide necessary elbow connectors to meet different shape of balcony, such as 90-degree connector of U shape glass balcony, 180-degree tube connector for glass balcony need ultra-long handrail tube. Y424 slot handrail tube is made as ASTM A554 standard, stainless-steel grade are SS304, SS304L, SS316 and SS316L. In DIN standard, stainless-steel grades are 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4401 and 1.4407. Surface treatment can be satin brushed and mirror polish. What's more, we provide PVD color coating, available colors are various and diversified, popular and recommend color are champagne gold, rose gold, black titanium. Antique brass, other color also can be customized as you provided color sample.
SS304 will be cost-effective choice for inland city projects, bright polish and high performance of anti-rust are main features. when building projects are coastal and beach side, because high salt and easy rusted environment, SS316 is irreplaceable choice, better with mirror polish, slick surface of mirror polish is much more durable and easy cleaning.
