This creates a robust surface compressive stress layer and an internal tensile stress layer, significantly boosting impact resistance and thermal stability, making it capable of withstanding extreme temperature differences up to 200°C. When shattered, our tempered glass transforms into honeycomb-like blunt-angled particles, dramatically reducing injury risks. It is the ideal choice for applications like curtain walls, doors and windows, partitions, and furniture. It's important to note that once tempered, this glass cannot be re-cut. To address the approximate 0.3% spontaneous breakage risk, often caused by nickel sulfide impurities, we utilize advanced laminated processes, effectively mitigating this hazard and ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
